Behold in a dream of the night season ...I was taken to the world from above ...and I saw the jumble of all manner of houses, institutions, and places of injoyment ...that people lived in ...served and had pleasure in ...as well all the different ...paths, roads, and highways ...that people traveled down ...in their going out and coming in ...even the way they went when they went out and would never return ...
And I was taken to a house of a father who had three daughters ...yet had no wife ...and the daughters were his love ...and the house was filled with the wisdom of the father ...for the father knew all the ways of men ...their goings out ...and their coming in ...even the way they went... when they went out ...and never returned ...
And all that visited the house of the father had peace, joy, comfort and rest ...and when I came to the house the father treated me as his son ...and blessed me ...and made room for me ...that I might stay with him in his house ...and it was the same for any who might visit him ...for he treated all the same whosoever might visit him ...did he treat as a son ...
Now discerning the fathers daughters there was a mystery ...for they were all identical ...the very same in everyway each one ...same love, same truth, same wisdom, same beauty, same voice, same careing, same tenderness, same joy, same nurture, same heartedness ...same touch ...again each of the three were the very same ...yet behold they were of different ages ...one the older...one between ...and one the youngest ...and again behold ...their beauty was the same ...from age to age ...for their beauty remained through the ages ...
And of the three daughters ...two had lovers ...and yet the third waited patiently for her lover to come ...and it was shown me that they also loved me in plainness of heart ...and even that the youngest hoped for me ...that I might be her lover.
The oldest had a lover who was Jewish ...and the second oldest had a lover that called himself a christian ...and the younger waited quietly for her lover to appear ...
Now it came to pass that the father of the house did bring to me the young men that were the lovers of his daughters ...that I might meet them ...
The first young man shown to me was the one that called himself a christian ...who was the lover of the second daughter ...and Behold he had a disease of the world ...and it was fatal ...and he was dying of it ...and we sat an mourned over the affliction that he had gotten of the world ...and spoke of the things that caused the death of his flesh ...and the ways of the world ...nevertheless the father and the second daughter a comforted him ...and I offered the truth of the spirit and the soul ...that I had been taught by the very son of the father (who was there in the spirit and was yet to come in the flesh) and I told him what I was shown by the son of God ...who had been through this same thing ...for the world had also killed his flesh ...yet his soul and spirit was raised by the father into eternal life ...and I of told him of eternal life ...and how that death and this hell of the world is overcome ...that he might weighed it in the balance ...for if he received it ...eternal life would be given him ....yet if he ...of the measure of his heart ...if he might tip the scale to unbelief ...he would also fall to darkness ...and he was shaken ...and his own understanding fled from him ...and he discerned the matters only in his heart ...and we all hoped for him ...the father the daughter and myself ...did earnestly of heartfullness ...hope for him ...into eternal life.
Now the second young man that was shown to me was the Jewish young man ...who was the lover of the oldest daughter ...and Behold he had a disease of the ancient world ...as well the afflictions of the world today ...and his afflictions were fatal ...and he was dying of them ...and we sat an mourned over the affliction that he had gotten of the ancient world and of the afflictions of the world today ...and spoke of the things that caused the death of his flesh ...and the ways of the world ...nevertheless the father and the third daughter comforted him ...and he showed us a scroll in his hand and he kept it close by ...and said that he would take it with him ...and he thought (of his own thinking ) ...by the scroll he would live ...yet I counseled with him heartfully saying that the scroll was worthy ...yet it would not help him ...when his flesh died ...and I offered the truth of the spirit and the soul ...that I had been taught by the very son of the father (who was there in the spirit ...and was yet to come in the flesh) and I told him what I was shown by the son of God ...who had been through this same thing ...for the world had also killed his flesh ...yet his soul and spirit was raised by the father into eternal life ...and of told him of eternal life ...and further that he might gather up with the one that called himself christian to receive the matters that were opened to him ...and that they both might receive and weigh their lives in the in the balance ...
And Behold I was taken back to the house (for I had walked with the two lovers till they went their way) and in the house of the father... a wedding was being planned ...and all three daughters were there ...and yeesh I was to marry all three ...and I was given a perfect love for all three ...yet I was given fullness of heart for the third daughter who waited patiently ...for hers was a love untouched by man ...or the world ...
